No Change-of-Mind Returns We do not accept returns or offer refunds for change-of-mind purchases. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

Australian Consumer Law Notwithstanding the above, our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure, and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or significantly different from what was described, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at punparin.art@gmail.com with photos and your order details, and we will work to resolve the issue.
